Payment and Delivery

Payment Method

1) Malaysia Buyers - Online Payment Transfer/Cash deposit via ATM Machine
i) Maybank Berhad
ii) Public Bank Berhad
iii) HSBC
v) Credit Card Payment (3.9% transaction fee to be borne by buyers)


2) International Buyers
i) Paypal
ii) Credit Card Payment 

Step by Step Guide for Credit Card Payment:
  1. Please drop a mail to KFS if you would like to make payment by credit card.
  2. KFS will create a credit card payment link and send it to you after received your request.
  3. Click the link we sent to you and you will be redirecting to the page below.
4. Click the continue button if you would like to make payment via credit card (Note: You do not need to own a Paypal Account in order to use the credit card payment facilities)

5. After clicking the continue button, you will be redirecting to the page below.


6. Now you can make your payment through credit cards by filling in the details :) Please take note that your info will not be transmitted to us as Paypal would never disclose users info to any merchant. 

* Please take note that 5% credit card/Paypal transaction fee is borne by buyer.


Delivery
1) All products are to be shipped directly from Korea to buyers via Korea Post EMS.
2) Tracking number will be provided for every single order.
3) Once your items have been posted out, we will update you the tracking number. You can track your order HERE
4) Delivery lead time: within 14 working days after payment made depends on products availability and the country you stay. We will notify you if any items run out of stock or pending for re-stock.
5) For shipping rate, please refer to the table below, all rates are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). We will convert the rate to your country currency when submit the quotation to you.
6) Custom and Import Duties - Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Please do note that we are not liable for packages that are confiscated by customs and customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.
7) Once an order package has been delivered to the postal carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and we are no longer liable. We are not responsible for postal transit times, which are provided by the carrier, and may vary with package origin and destination, especially during peak periods. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in the postal process. Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order, as no replacements and no refunds can be made if an order is lost or damaged while in transit.
